LICENSED ASSOCIATE COUNSELOR

(she/her)

I believe that healing begins in spaces where you feel seen, heard, and understood—not judged or rushed. My goal in therapy is to create the kind of space where you can show up exactly as you are and explore your experiences at your own pace.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life changes, and more. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of worry, or carrying the weight of past experiences that still impact their present. During our work together, we gently unpack these patterns and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control of your life outside of the therapy office.

I’ve seen how easy it is to feel alone in your struggles, and how helpful it can be to have someone walk alongside you as you begin to heal. This belief continues to guide the way I show up for my clients: with compassion and respect for your unique story. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative and supportive relationship. I integrate evidence-based practices such as ACT, ERP, EMDR, and CBT with a personalized, relational style, recognizing that no two people are the same. Whether you’re working through anxiety, processing trauma, or trying to better understand yourself, my goal is to help you feel more connected to who you are and how you move through the world.

Outside of the office, you can find me reading, baking, or watching movies. I also enjoy taking care of my two bunnies, trying different soda shops around the valley, and spending time with friends and family.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s okay to feel unsure. Please feel free to reach out and schedule a free 15-minute consultation to determine if I am the right fit for your counseling needs. I look forward to hearing from you!
