LICENSED ASSOCIATE COUNSELOR

(she/her)

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, emotions, and personal goals. I believe healing begins within a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and authenticity. My approach is client-centered and eclectic, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and pace. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to support meaningful growth while fostering a collaborative and compassionate space for healing.

Throughout my clinical training and experience, I have worked with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional stressors. I aim to help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and feel more empowered in their daily lives and relationships. I value approaching each client with curiosity and respect, recognizing that every person’s story and healing process is unique.

I have a particular passion for trauma-focused work and understand the profound impact trauma can have on emotional well-being, relationships, and overall functioning. I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) within a trauma-informed and integrative framework to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and build resilience. My goal is to support clients in feeling more connected to themselves, more grounded in the present, and more hopeful about the future.

As an Associate Level Licensed Counselor, I practice under the Clinical Supervision of Maraeca Butler, MC, LPC.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy attending pilates classes, exploring local museums and new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
