Amber Falls, MC, LPC
LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR
(she/her)
As a natural empath, becoming a therapist has allowed me to thrive in providing an open minded refuge to support others in different stages of life and struggles. I prioritize connection and rapport with clients to cultivate a comfortable environment to reflect, learn, and heal without judgement.
I approach client needs as a passenger ‘co-pilot’ knowing that they are in control of the driving, steering, and the speed of recovery. I am able to offer a mix of therapeutic approaches that best fit the map and destination goal of clients, including background in cognitive, behavioral, and somatic modalities. In my clinical experience thus far, I have honed the ability to think outside of the box to creatively meet client needs and foster progress.
My experience includes work with individuals and groups ages 18-65 who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood, and life stressors. I have also worked alongside those facing transitions, grief and loss and behavioral concerns.
I hope to help you along your journey of recovery and healing as two humans working together to reach a mutual goal of a fulfilling and peaceful life.
I value and balance growth with the small pleasures in life. Outside of work hours, I enjoy connecting with others through reading and fitness. I come from the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia and love spending time outdoors, although I’m still adjusting to the summer heat in Arizona! I also enjoy watching movies and pretending to be an amateur film critic.
Reach out to me today for a free 15 minute phone consultation. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
